does this export out to an .stl file
I'm a hobbyist working with Arduino's and ESP8266 WiFi Modules. I've made lots of projects and the hard part is making containers (Control Boxes or Display Cases)for the various projects. I would like to get into 3D printing because I think this would be the answer to my problem. I think I can make 3D prints that I could sell in the future. I don't seem to be able to get a Free version of Fusion like you talked about in preamble to Indestructible lesson 1.
Excellent lesson Jonathon. I'm a total novice and was able to follow along. I look forward to the rest of the class! I'm very interested in the CNC routing class also.
When I click on the the data icon I get a window to the left but can see nothing in the cloud. Help?
Fusion 360 appears to not be free anymore.
Hi, cant seem to access the files I need to follow the course, is it because I registered as a teacher? I've got nothing under the Data tab.
Nice job! Very intuitive...Thanks
when i try to revolve , i can't select the 3rd profile :/

I can't seem to access workshops and events, what could be the problem ?

Where can I find the handouts to this lesson please?
How much of this class should I do without a 3D printer? Mine isn't expected to arrive until early January.
This is my VERY first time delving into this world. It might be a good idea to also explain the 'Setup' window that pops up after you first download the program. It may seem trivial information for those who are more 'advanced' in the field, but this is Lesson 1. Do you recommend just passing it by for later or look at it first then your lesson???
