there's a proverb in China, Each place has its streams in from all over the country.一方水土养一方人. different place can born different cultures. this explains that noodles oraginated in China, but it becomes different forms in different countries.
really nice to see this wow cool!
As a Chinese who loves noodles so much, I strongly recommend you come to China and taste all kinds of noodles all over the China. there are many different kinds of noodles in every different place. their fevers are different, sometimes even noodles shapes are different. I grow up in huhhot, where are influence by Shanxi and Gansu culture, Plus my father is from Shanxi. So I love noodles since I'm a kid. especially Lanzhou pulled noodles and knife-cut noodles, just are the noodles this video showed. Miss the knife-cut noodles my mom made.🤤
